thundershowers. Camped at Green Point
in Shawanaga Inlet, about 9PM had an early
nigh, within got half hour had howling
winds from northwest..thought tents
would be blown away! Winds continued
throughtout the night. Thurs. a.m.
awoke to northwest winds but in our
favour, left at 7:15AM with winds behind
us. Arrived at Kill Bear Prov. park at

Donkey update for Tues. June 26th

Tues. 6:50AM left Elm Tree Island winds
calm, blue sunny skies, extremely hot day.
Arrived at opening to Brignall Banks
approx. 12 noon, had lunch on beautiful
sandy beach. Got to Terry & Audrey Carr's
beautiful cottage on Big Wood Island, Pointe
Au Baril about 1:00PM. Were taken into town
of P.A.B by T&A's water taxi to general store
then had enjoyable tour around island.

Bill has dropped off ads for both E.L. Retirement
Living and Wind & Wave, Manitoulin Island.

Highlight of the evening, Audrey's delicious
meal heartily consumed by the ravenous donkeys.
Bill's eyes popped open when he saw the
huge choc. cake Audrey made--had two huge
slices! Image, he's gone 7 days without choc!!
To complete this scrumptious dinner was
Terry's delectable coffee! T&A has kindly donated
the luxury of camping on their lawn.
Gordon tripped while getting out of kayak and
JR did the unthinkable, spilt Bill's cuppa as Bill
looked in horror as it ran down the rock/table!!
Now remember--no dumping in the bushes
tonight!!

Fwd: Luke Goldsmith

Good luck everyone and have fun!

Make sure my dad doesn't fall to far behind.  :-)

I remember as a young lad, we would go camping.  I have many fond memories of that.  Keep in mind though......He likes to run around the bush screaming like a wild banshee at night.  So don't be scared, he doesn't bite!  I think???
